Selena L. Dunham

She is Principal of Classique, LLC, an international Private Client Service Company that customizes training and offers fundraising, event planning, political consulting, etiquette and protocol, diversity training, facilitation of counter objectives, personnel placement services, and assessment center training. As Chief of Staff for the 2008 Democratic National Convention Host Committee, she directed training for 20,000 volunteers and oversaw the staffing and procurement process, which ultimately raised over $60 million. In 2012 she was the Director of Human Resources and Administration for the campaign to re-elect President Barack Obama, where she managed all aspects of employee relations.
Prior to forming her company, Selena managed the daily operations and staff for the International Placement and Publishing Divisions of an international etiquette and protocol school. She negotiated their training contracts with the White House, Pentagon, U.S. military branches, private residences, upscale hotels, and resorts. She also developed curriculum and trained upper management staff.
Additional experience undergirding her work with ARD includes handling advertising, promotion, and public relations for several states and properties with the world-class Adams Mark hotel chain; serving six years as Vice President of Bank One; and serving as Deputy District Director for U.S. Congresswoman Diana DeGette where she directed outreach efforts, was the liaison for DeGette’s Race Relations Committee, and provided assistance to groups and individuals with federal issues that impacted their lives.
