Mrs. Franchell S. Dunham is highly proficient in the broad and deep administrator skills required to deliver ARD programs and services. Each year she coordinates a schedule of hundreds of trainings, meetings, and other client-centered events.

She is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Classique, LLC. In addition to overseeing the national and international business development department for the company, she handles their strategic planning and leadership activities. She is also responsible for the day-to-day operations. This includes managing all employees, instructors, and contract labor. Part of that function is handling all of the personnel placement and staffing, conducting hiring searches, performing pre-employment background screenings for the company and its clients, and directing educational test preparation for public safety entry-level and promotional exams.

Her experience in counselling military spouses on issues for deployed military service members has helped prepare her for counselling family members of sports spouses on being in absentee circumstances because of playing schedules or being uprooted because of a trade.   

A bonus ability Franchell brings is being a licensed Esthetician. As such, she provides personal consulting to politicians, business owners, students, and community leaders. That critical health and beauty perspective is quite valuable to the appearance-conscious spotlight of the sports culture.
