Regardless of how they do or don’t perform in the game, most athletes don’t get into any real trouble for that performance. If they don’t do well, they get help from their coaches and move on. They usually get into trouble only for how they manage or fail to manage their performance in their personal lives. ARD helps athletes to be ok and move on in their personal lives by coaching them in the following:

  1. The psychology and skill of balance
  2. Navigating the gladiator culture
  3. Strategic thinking and decision making
  4. How to select and compensate personal service providers such as personal assistants, maids, nannies, drivers, etc.
  5. Life management (visioning and goal setting, interpersonal relationships, communication, etc.)
  6. Attitude management – emotional awareness, reflection, and regulation
  7. Conflict management
  8. Stress management
  9. Money management
  10. Living in the spotlight
